2. Appointments
Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Payment
Payments for services can be made via cash or credit card. All prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to clients prior to service.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their health and any allergies. Gigi’s Nail Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from services provided.

5. Limitation of Liability
Gigi’s Nail Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gigi’s Nail Salon from any claims arising from their use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Chiang Mai.
